class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4a27589153f28dfa5d451019a44e7cc0\">\u2705Banks must have a diligence process in place when it comes to engaging loan recovery agents and are responsible for all complaints filed against them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4d87399241b73b989ddaef3494cf966d\">\u2705Borrowers must be notified first regarding the details of the recovery agency<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7371b24d2b2ef9b5192546df2a21d42d\">\u2705The agent must also carry the authorization letter and copy of the bank\u2019s notice when meeting the defaulter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5f91d4eb798fe0d751574fa87721c8c8\">\u2705In case the borrower has complained, banks are not allowed to forward the respective case to a recovery agency until the said complaint has been solved\/disposed of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-13fa21c3271b6c5453d1b85ff7e1c923\">\u2705However, this is nullified if the bank is convinced with proof that the complaints are frivolous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3536a2d18cd75b7f58693a3810040399\">\u2705The bank must also ensure that borrowers\u2019 grievances regarding the recovery process are addressed appropriately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
